COM 322 - COMMUNICATION GRAPHICS

      In 2019-2020 the city of Buffalo spent $122,770,247 on police and $382,580 on youth programs according to buffalony.gov. When engaging in research as to why the city is one of the most segregated in the country, the poor budgeting and mismanagement of resource distribution is impossible to overlook. It is insulting for many to watch police brutality occur not only nationally but locally, and then also see that's who is responsible for hoarding their communities resources. The Buffalo Police should be defunded and those resources spread in a more beneficial way that truly gives communities opportunities to strive rather than add an extra officer on every block rather than every other. 

RowA 1 4                                                                                                    RowB (RowA/EX.1) This template attempted to get as close to the high school model taught. A mix of white space along with consistency in font color and shading colors present the information in a clean list layout.  (RowA/EX.2) The all black and all centered font was an attempt to oversimplify the layout with intentions of a professional look but resulted in an underwhelming presentation.
